Beat 3 egg whites until foamy, beat 3 yolks with sweetener with a fork, add kefir and yogurt. Mix whites with yolks. Add flour, baking powder and vanillin to this mixture. You can add 1 tsp. cocoa (there will be a chocolate flavor). Chop the apple and add to the mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
Ingredients:Water – 1.5-2 l Chicken mince – 300 g Egg – 1 pc. Onions – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Durum wheat pasta – 50 g Salt and spices to taste
Mix minced meat with egg, form meatballs, three carrots on a grater. Put meatballs, carrots, onions in boiling salted water. Cook for 7-10 minutes, then lower the pasta, cook until tender, add spices if desired.
