Curd casserole and green tea with gingerCottage cheese – 100 g.
Rice flour – 3 tbsp. l.
Egg – 1 pc.
Peach – 1 pc.
Beat the egg. Mix with curd. Add vanilla, sift flour. Stir. Place the peach slices on the bottom of the baking dish. Pour in the curd mass. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Chicken fillet and vegetable casserole
Cauliflower – 30 g.
Asparagus – 30 g.
Carrots – 30 g.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Cheese – 15 g.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil until half cooked. Cut the carrots into slices. Place the vegetables in a baking dish. Add chopped garlic. Beat the egg with grated cheese and herbs. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with boiled chicken breast.
Advice! For snacks, choose slow carbohydrates and proteins – you will stay full for a long time. But there should be few of them: one serving – no more than 100 g.
Warm salad with beans
Asparagus – 40 g.
Quail egg – 3 pcs.
Chicken breast – 50 g.
Fry the asparagus in a little olive oil. Bake the breast in the oven and cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs and cut them in half. Mix all ingredients. Season with balsamic vinegar and serve.
