WITHyrniki, vegetable puree soup – simple recipes from a PP blogger
Ingredients:Cottage cheese – 200 g Egg – 1 pc. Flour – 2 tbsp. l. Yoghurt to taste Banana – ½ pc. Honey – 1 tsp Cinnamon to taste
Mix ingredients, spoon into dry frying pan. Serve with natural yogurt (or honey), banana and cinnamon.
Apple and dried fruit
Ingredients:Cabbage – 300 g Potatoes – 2 pcs. Carrots – 1 pc. Garlic – 2 cloves Broccoli – 200 g Spices, salt – to taste Greens to taste
Simmer cabbage and broccoli for 20 minutes. Grate the carrots and fry in a dry pan with garlic. Add potatoes to the soup, cook for another 15 minutes. Then add carrots and spices, cook until cooked. The soup can be whipped with a blender and served with whole grain croutons.

Chicken with bulgur
Ingredients:Chicken drumstick without skin – 2 pcs. Bulgur – 50 g Spices, seasonings – to taste Vegetables to taste
Grate the chicken with spices and bake without oil for about 20 minutes, you can add herbs or tomatoes. Serve with bulgur and vegetable salad dressed with olive oil.
