Ingredients:Egg – 1 pc. Milk – 50 g Cottage cheese – 30 g Green peas – 50 g
Mix the egg with milk and cottage cheese, add green peas and fry in a dry frying pan. Serve with crispbreads, cottage cheese and tomatoes.
Cottage cheese (100 g) with berries (100 g) and yogurt (50 g)
Meat with mushrooms
Ingredients:Turkey / chicken breast – 300 g Mushrooms – 150 g Onions – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Sour cream (you can take cream) – 2 tbsp. l.
Cut the breast into medium pieces. Fry onions and carrots over low heat. Simmer meat with onions and carrots for 10 minutes, then add sour cream (or cream) and spices. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Buckwheat porridge can be boiled as a side dish.
Bread with cheese
Ingredients:Chicken fillet – 200 g Garlic – 2-3 cloves Zucchini – 150 g Egg – 1 pc.
Grind the fillet with garlic in a blender. Add grated zucchini and egg to the mass. Season with salt and mix well. Form cutlets, fry in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with herbs. Serve with fresh vegetables.
