A pack of cottage cheese – 200 g
Energy Diet Smart Irish Cream
Cocoa by eye
Egg – 1 pc.
Coconut flakes

Preparation:

We mix cottage cheese, egg, add Energy Diet Smart and cocoa. We make balls from the resulting mass and wrap them in shavings and almonds. We put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Chicken cutlets with zucchini

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet
Zucchini – ½ pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Green buckwheat flour (or corn) – by eye
Low-fat sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, add the grated zucchini. Next, sprinkle flour, add an egg and a spoonful of low-percentage sour cream (you can goat cheese). Seasonings include Provencal herbs, anise and salt. Mix everything and fry in a dry frying pan. Can be served with salad and cherry tomatoes.
