Bulgur with dried fruits
Ingredients:Bulgur – 60 g ⠀ Peanut butter – 20 g Coconut flakes – 10 g Dried apricots / raisins / nuts
Add pasta, nuts, dried fruits and shavings to hot bulgur.
Protein bar (good composition)
Fish hake PP cutlets 150 g
Ingredients:Hake Onion Egg – 1 pc. Salt / spices Olive oil – 5 g
Chop fish, egg, onion and spices. Fry in a dry frying pan. Serve with vegetable salad.
Ingredients:Carrots – 1 pc. Oatmeal – 4 tbsp l. Oat flour – 3 tbsp. l. Rice flour – 2 tbsp. l. Egg – 1 pc. Curd – 230 g Walnuts – 40 g Yogurt (medium density) – 180 g Baking powder, sweetener Cinnamon – 1 tsp ⠀
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Add all other ingredients and mix very well. The mass should be thick. Put in a mold (I have a multicooker bowl with a diameter of 24 cm), bake until tender. I baked in my slow cooker for 45 minutes at 160 °. Cool, remove from the mold, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Omelet with tomatoes
Ingredients:Eggs – 2 pcs. Tomatoes – 1 pc. Cheese 17% – 30 g
Beat eggs, add tomatoes and cheese, fry in a dry frying pan. ⠀
