Baking powder – 0.25 tsp

Vegetable oil for greasing a frying pan – 3 g

For serving: sour cream 15% – 50 g (add Fitparad sweetener if desired).

Grind oatmeal, peel apples, grate, mix everything. Fry on a drop of oil. Divide this dish into the first and fourth meal.

Snack

Ingredients:

Lavash – 80 g

Cheese (regular “Russian”) – 35 g

Chicken egg – 1 pc

Tomato – 50 g

Boiled or baked chicken fillet – 50 g

Vegetable oil for greasing a frying pan – 2 g

Salt, pepper to taste

Grease a frying pan with a drop of oil, lay out the pita bread. Grate the cheese, put it in the middle of the pita bread in the shape of a circle, beat in an egg, add dill, tomatoes, salt, spices. Fold the ends of the pita bread in the center to form an envelope. Press down with a small lid and fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes over low heat.

Cucumber – 100 g

Chicken breast (cooked in any way, for example, fried without oil in a grill pan) – 100 g

Iceberg lettuce leaves – 100 g

Quail eggs – 4 pcs.

Greek yogurt or low-fat sour cream – 50 g

Boil the eggs, cook the chicken (in any way), finely chop all the ingredients and mix, season the salad with yogurt, adding salt and pepper to taste.
