Lazy oatmeal in a jar
Ingredients:Oatmeal flakes – 60 g Natural yogurt 2.5% – 180 g Kiwi – 100 g Hazelnuts / walnuts – 20 g Bitter chocolate – 10 g
In the evening, put all the ingredients in layers in a jar. Leave the oatmeal to “cook” at room temperature overnight. Warm up in the morning. A nutritious breakfast is ready!
Curd smoothie with prunes
Ingredients:Kefir – 150 g Cottage cheese – 40 g Prunes – 20 g
Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Ingredients:Water – 250 ml Onions, herbs, spices – to taste Zucchini – 50 g Spinach – 40 g Celery – 40 g Carrots – 30 g Olive oil – 10 g (for frying vegetables)
Chop carrots, onions and fry in olive oil for three minutes. Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, zucchini to it and cook for about five minutes. Then add celery, spinach, spices and herbs. Cook until tender. You can make a puree soup (beat the vegetables with a blender).
Soup addition:Whole grain bread slice Turkey / chicken baked – 150 g
Ingredients:Carrots – 150 g Cheese up to 35% – 35 g Garlic, salt – to taste Natural yogurt – 15 g
Grate carrots, cheese and garlic. Add spices and yogurt. Mix everything.
Grilled salmon with zucchini
Ingredients:Salmon – 100 g Lemon juice Zucchini – 150 g Bulgarian pepper – 80 g Salt, spices – to taste
Dry the salmon from excess moisture, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the pepper into large slices, the zucchini into slices. Cooking grilled salmon with vegetables.
