Preparation:

Stir, fry in a non-stick skillet without oil until tender. The output should be 7 pieces.

Cauliflower omelet

Eggs – 2 pcs. (+1 protein)
Boiled cauliflower – 200 g
Cheese

Preparation:

Beat eggs, add cabbage, fry in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with cheese.

SNACK

Bread with banana

Ingredients:

Bread – 2-3 pcs.
Banana – 1 pc.
Cinnamon

Preparation:

Cut the banana into slices and spread on top of the crispbread, sprinkle with cinnamon.

DINNER

Couscous with chicken fillet

Couscous – 60 g
Grilled chicken fillet / steamed – 120 g
Vegetable salad
Olive oil – 5 g

Preparation:
