Ingredients:Eggs – 2 pcs. Milk – ½ cup Sweet pepper – ½ pc. Greens to taste
Cut the pepper into strips and lightly fry. Beat eggs with milk and pour into a pan, fry for 7-10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
Toast with fish
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Any red fish (salmon, salmon) Cheese feta cheese or feta Cucumber Salad
