BREAKFAST

Pepper omelet

Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 pcs.
Milk – ½ cup
Sweet pepper – ½ pc.
Greens to taste

Preparation:

Cut the pepper into strips and lightly fry. Beat eggs with milk and pour into a pan, fry for 7-10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.

SNACK

Toast with fish

Whole grain bread – 2 slices
Any red fish (salmon, salmon)

Olive oil

Preparation:

Boil vegetables, cut into cubes and season with olive oil.
