BREAKFAST
Pasta with cheese
Ingredients:
Coarse wheat pasta – 150 g Cheese – 30 g Greens – optionalPreparation:
Boil pasta. Grate the cheese and add to the pasta. You can also add finely chopped basil or spinach.
SNACK
Bread + peanut butter
DINNER
Beef stew
Ingredients:
Beef – 150 g Onions – ½ pc. Tomatoes Tomato paste – 20 g Spice Greens to taste Buckwheat – 100 gPreparation:
Cut into pieces of meat and lightly fry with onions. Then cut the tomatoes to the meat, add tomato paste and a little water, simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with buckwheat and vegetable salad (iceberg + sweet before + celery).

Shrimps with vegetables
Ingredients:
Shrimps – 200 g Sweet pepper – 1 pc. Garlic – 2 cloves Celery – 2 stalks Greens / sesame seeds – to tastePreparation:
Boil the shrimps, then fry with garlic over low heat. Chop the peppers and celery, also lightly fry. Add herbs and sesame seeds.
