Lose weight with taste: Wednesday menu from Vasily Generalov
DFor comfortable weight loss, we offer a sample menu for a week. Attention! The individual characteristics of each person should be taken into account and the presented menu should not be confused with therapeutic diets. The menu is of a recommendatory nature with approximate calculations. For effective weight loss, you should adhere to two meals a day and refrain from snacks throughout the day.
Fried halloumi with green salad
Halloumi cheese – 100 g
Mix of greens “Tuscany” – 30 g
Olive oil – 15 ml
Coconut oil – for frying
Cut the cheese into thick slices. Fry in coconut oil on both sides until crusty. Pour the “Tuscany” mixture with olive oil and lemon juice. Put the fried cheese on the leaves.
Large onion – 25 g
Bacon – 40 g for fat and smell
Chicken ventricles (other meat can be used) – 150 g
Champignons – 100 g
Ghee – 30 g
Sour cream 40% – 60 g
Cream 33% – 100 ml
Allspice – to taste
Fry onions, bacon, stomachs (meat in small pieces). Fry the mushrooms. Add oil and spices, simmer over low heat for 50 minutes. Add sour cream. At the end of cooking, add the cream and bring to the consistency of a ready-made soup.
A bunch of fresh parsley – 30 g
Cherry – 2-3 pieces
Peeled cucumber – ½ pc
Mint – 5 leaves
Green onions to taste
Lemon juice -1/4 lemon
Olive oil –2 tbsp. l
Sesame (instead of bulgur and couscous) – 10 g
Salt, pepper – to taste
Finely chop parsley, mint, onion. Add finely chopped cucumber and cherry. Mix, salt and pepper. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with a piece of roast lamb (120 g).
