Recipe of the day: pancake cake without butter, sugar and flour

And if you collect them into a cake, you will get a cool dessert that does not hinder your figure. In reasonable amounts, of course.
Its ingredients include eggs, kefir and cottage cheese. But there is no butter, flour and sugar. And the most important thing is that it is very simple to prepare it, the whole process will take about 40 minutes.
- Hercules – 50 g
- Wheat bran – 50 g
- Water – 100 ml
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Kefir – 200 ml
- Cottage cheese – 400 g
- Raisins – handful
- Cinnamon – on the tip of a knife
- Bananas – 4 things.
- Jerusalem artichoke jam without sugar (berry or fruit) – to taste
- Frozen berries – taste
- Almond petals or any cake topping – taste
Mix the rolled oats, bran, water and eggs in a blender until smooth. Fry the pancakes from the mixture (use a non-stick skillet to do without oil).
Whisk cottage cheese, kefir, raisins and cinnamon in a blender. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
Cut the bananas into thin slices and start modeling the cake.
Put the pancake on a dish and spread it with the previously prepared curd-kefir cream. Then place the banana slices on the crepe pancake. Lubricate with cream again. Cover with the next pancake and repeat layers: cream – bananas – cream. Lay out the layers until the last pancake remains. Cover the cake with it, but do not use cream and bananas on it (it will be decorated with other ingredients).
Grease the top pancake of the cake generously with Jerusalem artichoke root jam with any berries or fruits.
Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight or at least an hour so that the pancakes are well saturated with cream.
Garnish the cake with fresh or frozen berries and sprinkle with almond petals or any other baking sprinkle before serving.
