Singer, teacher atma toriya yoga and healthy lifestyle adherent, Sati Casanova shared recipes of her favorite drinks with BeautyHack.ru. She has been preparing them for many years in order to boost immunity and always feel good. “I call these teas ‘wow teas’ because they are really incredibly healthy,” Sati jokes.

It is equally important that all the ingredients (and the main ones are the rose hips) are available to everyone, you can buy them in any store. Making teas is also very simple: you need to add all the products to a thermos, pour boiling water over, let it brew a little and … you’re done!

For reference: rose hips contain about 14% vitamin C (and this is twice as much as in ascorbic acid!), so the berries have a strong effect on increasing immunity, suppressing pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Rosehip also has an anti-inflammatory effect, helps to suppress fever and relieve pain. In combination with other ingredients, the effect is enhanced several times.

1. Tea based on rose hips, raspberries and cardamom

Ingredients for 2 liters:

  • Rose hips – a handful
  • Raspberries (freeze-dried, frozen, or fresh shredded) – handful
  • Grated or finely chopped ginger – 1/2 tsp.
  • Cardamom optional – 5-6 pcs.

Sati’s comment: this tea is delicious and spicy and can be drunk for a long time. But due to raspberries and cardamom, the drink can break through in a fever, increase sweating, so after it I do not recommend going outside immediately, let the body cool down a little. Also, it can be especially useful when consumed at night, in the morning you will definitely feel vigor and good mood. And if there is a cold, the condition will definitely improve!

2. Tea based on rose hips, turmeric, cloves and currants

Ingredients for 2 liters:

  • Rose hips – a handful
  • Turmeric – 1 tsp
  • Clove heads – 5-7 pcs.
  • Currants or lingonberries (frozen, freeze-dried or grated fresh) – a handful
  • Grated or finely chopped ginger – 1/2 tsp.

Sati’s comment: this tea is useful not only for immunity, but also for cleansing the body, it can be drunk with detox. And the berries of currants or lingonberries help in this, the properties of which include cleansing the body of toxins and toxins, removing excess fluid and removing edema. And in combination with rose hips, turmeric, cloves and ginger, the berry will definitely strengthen the immune system and prevent the development of vitamin deficiency. The only thing: the drink has a slightly sour taste, so it may not be liked by sweet lovers. In this case, you can add a little brown sugar or honey.

3. Tea based on rose hips, citrus fruits and echinacea

Ingredients for 2 liters:

  • Rose hips – a handful
  • Turmeric – 1 tsp
  • Clove heads – 5-7 pcs.
  • Orange or lemon with zest – 1 wedge
  • Echinacea – 1 tsp

Sati’s comment: this tea is also a godsend for maintaining immunity. Just imagine, it contains the whole mix of products aimed at not getting sick during the cold season: this is rosehip with turmeric, and cloves, and citruses, and the herb of echinacea, the medicinal properties of which have been known for a long time. The taste of the drink is quite pleasant – citrus-herbal.
