  • Coconut cream – 80 g
  • Coconut oil – 30 g
  • Salt – 2 g

  • Milk – 50 ml.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Raisins – 15 g
  • Turmeric – 1/3 tsp
  • Brown sugar – 20 g
  • Vanillin – to taste


Rinse the raisins, cover them with hot water for 10 minutes, and dry.

Combine cottage cheese, eggs and milk. Whisk with a blender. Add raisins and all other ingredients and mix well. The consistency of the dough should be slightly thicker than for the pancakes. Pour into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

  • Skimmed milk powder – 50-70 g.

  • Whole grain flour – 350 g
  • Soy milk – 150 ml
  • Egg yolk – 2 pcs.
  • Egg white – 1 pc.
  • Melted ghee – 2.5 tablespoons
  • Dry yeast – 5 g
  • Vanilla – 1 pinch
  • Cane sugar – 5-7 tbsp with a slide
  • Dried cherries – 120 g (you can also use candied fruits, raisins and adjust their amount to your taste)


Dissolve yeast in warm soy milk, add 1 tsp. sugar and leave for 15-20 minutes. Combine 100 g flour with milk, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Combine sugar, vanilla, 2 yolks, 1 white, mix thoroughly. Add to the dough with melted ghee butter. Stir well, gradually add the remaining sifted flour. The dough should be soft. Cover with a towel and set aside for an hour (for dough to rise).

Stir in the dried cherries (raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots – to your taste) into the dough. Cover with a towel and let sit for another 20 minutes.

Grease the molds with butter and fill them with dough. Place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C, bake for about 40 minutes. Without removing the cakes from the oven, let them cool completely.

Glaze Ingredients

  • Egg white – 1 pc.
  • Cane sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp


Grind the sugar in a coffee grinder. Whisk the egg white and lemon juice until stiff. Stir with a fork and add sugar gradually. Cover the cooled Easter cakes with icing and store them in a cool place.
